Tips To Make Lychee Martini

Lychee Syrup is an important piece of this puzzle. You can try making it yourself at home.

One more important thing to note is that the Lychee Liqueur, which is fairly available, can also be made at home. Mix Vodka and Lychee fruits, store them for a few months and your liqueur is ready.

✅ Lychee fruitsneed to be peeled and only the flesh part has to be used.

Depending on what taste you want, you can add syrup to the cocktail. Lychee basically tastes a little sour.

You can also replace lychee syrup with simple syrup if you can’t find one. But make sure to have a lychee liqueur.

Variations

Adding Vermouth to the mix is one such variation that gives an even more classical Martini feel to the finished drink.

On the other hand, you can also try lychee-flavored Vodka, which you still need to source from the market.

Try adding some Lychee Juices and Cranberry Juices along with Peach Schnapps to get another twist.
