A bizarrely named Cocktail, Back Shot is totally different from the Pickleback shot although both share the name.
It is a popular Vodka Cocktail containing combinations of absolute Vodka, sweet and sour mix, Chambord Raspberry liqueur.
This cocktail shot is made from Vodka and Raspberry Liqueur. This shot belongs to the Shooter drinks, as you may be aware of it from its name.
This cocktail may not be famous because this is usually overlooked by the Pickleback shot that has totally different ingredients and totally different way of consuming, although that one is a shooter drink as well.

Tips To Make Back Shot
✅ Use Chambord Raspberry Liqueur as many bartenders prefer this one particularly for this cocktail as it adds flavors and sweetens the drink.
✅ The Sweet and Sour mix can be home made or you can buy readymade from stores. Homemade mix gives great flavor to the drink.
✅ This is a Shooter drink, so prepare the drink and strain onto Shot glasses and gulp them.
Variations Of Back Shot
Not ideally a Variation, but the Pickleback shot is the popular version preferred by many.
This shooter drink has two shot glasses – one filled with Irish Whiskey and the other filled with Pickle Juice or Pickle Brine, however you want to call it.
You need to gulp them one by one starting with Whiskey and then Pickle Juice.
Definitely a strange experience, but I am sure pickle lovers would rejoice.
