Irish Car Bomb is essentially a Bomb shot similar to Boilermaker, where you drop a shot glass full of liquor into a bigger Pint glass, usually with Beer. The Cocktail in the pint glass is then consumed.

Also known as Irish Shot, this cocktail shot is a Bomb shot which is sweeter and beer flavored and should give you just enough high to start off your party.

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Baileys Irish Cream
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Irish Whiskey
  • 1 Pint Guinness Beer
  • In a Shot glass, layer Baileys Irish cream first and Irish Whiskey on top of it.
  • Fill a Pint glass to three quarters with Guinness Beer.
  • Drop the Shot glass gently into the Pint glass.
  • Serve and Enjoy the drink!
