Are you familiar with Bomb shots? If yes, Irish Car Bomb is a treat for you! And if not, it is still going to be a treat for you once you learn how to do it!
Irish Car Bomb is essentially a Bomb shot similar to Boilermaker, where you drop a shot glass full of liquor into a bigger Pint glass, usually with Beer. The Cocktail in the pint glass is then consumed.
Invented in the year 1979, Irish Car Bomb became a sensation in Irish Pubs and began so popular for St. Patrick’s day celebrations. The shot, now commonly known as Irish Shot (name changed because of the controversial name) is still enjoyed around the world and if made and consumed right, this is one hell of a drink.
