Tips To Make Rob Roy Drink
✅ Primary ingredient is the Scotch Whiskey, so make sure to buy a premium or a very good quality Scotch (blended or Single malt is your preference) as this will definitely affect the end result.
✅ Angostura Bitters are an integral part of so many drinks especially the Manhattan, Old Fashioned and Rob Roy. If you can’t get one, try other Orange bitters.
✅ Try Luxardo Cherry for garnish and you will love the way it looks just as much as its taste.
Variation
This regular version of the drink uses Sweet vermouth. In case you want to try it with Dry Vermouth, you get Dry Rob Roy which is equally strong.
You can also mix equal parts of Sweet and Dry vermouth for a balanced Rob Roy drink.
